Job completed for Sewer Backup

Northeast Power Dry received a call from a homeowner in Sparta, New Jersey, regarding a sewer back up and affecting 5 rooms on the 2nd floor. The kitchen next to the bathroom also seems to have some damage. The drywall, framing, concrete, trim and hardwood floors are also damaged. There was a little standing water in the basement. Not knowing what steps to take, the homeowner called NEPD to help them along the way.

When our experienced project manager, Mike, arrived at the building, he inspected the damage and determined the most effective course of action to restore the homes properly. The homeowner was extremely grateful that Mike was able to relieve their concerns by explaining what steps needed to be taken. The customer’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process. Mike sent a crew out immediately and they arrived at the home in less than an hour! When they arrived, two Northeast Power Dry technicians installed 3 dehumidifiers, 16 air mover, 2 air scrubber and 14 air movers machines in order to dry the affected areas. In just two days, the home was dry again! The customer was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that Northeast Power Dry was able to provide.
