Job completed for Sewer Backup due to Clogged Drain Line in Fairfield, NJ

A homeowner in Fairfield, New Jersey, reached out to Northeast PowerDry regarding a sewer backup. The backup was caused by a clog in the bathroom drain line affecting carpet, padding, baseboard, paneling, plywood, and concrete materials across five rooms in the home. One of our Project Managers was immediately sent to assess the damage.

Our Project Manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the customer’s home and thoroughly assessed the damage. He communicated the process with the customer and assisted them with their insurance claim. As soon as Adam received approval for the work needed, our crews began with the extraction of carpet and removal of baseboards to ensure proper drying. There were two dehumidifiers, two air scrubbers and fifteen air movers setup to quickly dry the home.
