Due to the heavy rain brought by Hurricane Ida, a homeowner in Short Hills, New Jersey, suffered water damage on their home. Unfortunately, their sump pump stopped working during the storm, and water filled their finished basement. The homeowner immediately contacted our team to dry their home.

Solutions Provided:

Our Project Manager Adam arrived to inspect the damage in their home. There was a total of eight rooms affected. Adam discussed the process with the homeowner. After that, two of our technicians started with the cleanup to ensure proper drying. Our team also cleaned the affected crawlspace and sanitized every area affected. For effective drying, thirty-one air movers, two inject dry machines, four dehumidifiers, and four air scrubbers were placed throughout the home.
