A condo unit in Flemington, New Jersey, suffered water damage due to a sump pump failure. The carpet, padding, concrete, sheetrock, contents, and baseboard materials were affected. The homeowner immediately called Northeast Power Dry to help remediate the damage.

Solutions Provided:

Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, Adam Steig, conducted a thorough inspection of the damage. He took moisture readings on all areas affected and communicated the process with the customer. Two of our technicians arrived soon after and removed the wet portion of the carpet and performed water extraction. All damp materials were taken out of the space and conducted thorough clean-up and sanitization. There were twenty-eight air movers, two dehumidifiers, two air scrubbers and two inject dry machines installed to help dry the condo.
