Job completed for Toilet Flange Leak

The water damage in this home had occurred due to a toilet flange leaking from the 2nd level of the residence. When at the home, the project manager noticed water stains on the ceiling of the kitchen coming from the toilet leak.

It took the crew 2 hours to install the equipment in the kitchen. 3 air movers and 1 dehumidifier were used to dry the area thoroughly. After just 3 days, all equipment was picked up and all areas that were affected by water damage were dried. The customer was very pleased with our services and can now enjoy a dry home.
