Why did the customer contact us?

Northeast PowerDry received a call from an elderly homeowner in Bridgewater, New Jersey, regarding a toilet overflow in the bathroom of their condominium unit. The leak caused damage to the drywall, crown molding, doorframe, and baseboard materials, as well as the carpeting in the complex hallway. Additionally, water seeped through the floor and affected the housing unit below. The homeowner has severe diabetes and needed assistance to restore the air quality within the house. Due to the extent of damage, the home required immediate help.

Solutions Provided:

Northeast PowerDry Project Manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the residence within the hour to resolve the situation. Adam noted that an air scrubber was needed immediately to provide cleaner air to the customer because of his disease. After all areas were thoroughly inspected, Adam determined the most effective course of action and communicated directly with the customer. Once the water was extracted and all unsalvageable materials were disposed of, technicians installed 5 air scrubbers and 1 dehumidifier to dry the property. In just 3 days, the home was restored, and all equipment was retrieved. The customer was delighted with our work
