Northeast Power Dry received a call from a homeowner in Livingston, New Jersey, concerning a toilet tank malfunction. This has caused damage to 7 rooms in the basement. The drywall, laminate and base materials were affected. The homeowner contacted Northeast Power Dry to ensure that his property is restored carefully and quickly.

Solutions Provided:

When Mike Kowal, our project manager, arrived on-site, he immediately took action after he discussed the process with the customer. Upon further inspection, he found out that the water heater is also leaking in the utility room. Mike advise the owner to contact the plumber to come back and replace it. Our technicians removed all the laminate floors and opened the drywall to effectively dry the areas. Mike instructed our technicians to install 15 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 large inject dry machine to ensure proper drying. After only 3 days, the house was restored, and all equipment was retrieved.
