Why did the customer contact us?

Northeast Power Dry received a call from a homeowner in Old Bridge, New Jersey, concerning a water heater failure in the laundry room. Water leaked in the bathroom and living room. The padding, sheetrock, baseboard, concrete, tile materials, and contents were damaged. The carpet in the living room was also affected and needed to be appropriately dried. This customer needed immediate assistance in getting the situation stabilized and their home restored.

Solutions Provided:

When our experienced project manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the property, he immediately began to inspect all damaged areas. Adam communicated directly with the owner to determine the best course of action. Our technician removed and extracted the carpet and pad in the living room. Technicians installed 26 air movers, 3 dehumidifiers, and 2 large inject dry, 1 small inject dry, and 1 etes machines to properly restore the property. After only 4 days, all equipment was retrieved, and the property was restored.
