Drain Line Leak in Ridgewood, NJ

This home in Ridgewood, New Jersey, suffered from a long term drain line leak under the bathtub. This caused water to leak from the second-floor bathroom down to the kitchen on the first floor of the home, affecting the sheetrock and softwood framing. Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam, was sent in to evaluate the damage. Adam decided the best plan of action was to have our technicians install 2 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber to dry the affected areas.
