This home in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, suffered from a hot water heater leak in their finished basement. The tile flooring, carpeting, moldings, and drywall was affected throughout 8 rooms in the basement. Technicians then extracted the water, disinfected the area, and removed all extensively damaged materials. 21 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers were set up to complete the drying process. In 3 days, the property was restored, and all equipment was retrieved.
