This home in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, suffered from a hot water heater leak in their finished basement. The tile flooring, carpeting, moldings, and drywall was affected throughout 8 rooms in the basement. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michele, arrived at the residence, she inspected the damage and explained the full scope of work to the customer. Technicians then extracted the water, disinfected the area, and removed all extensively damaged materials. 21 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers were set up to complete the drying process. In 3 days, the property was restored, and all equipment was retrieved.
