This home in South Orange, New Jersey, suffered from a hot water heater leak that caused 4 inches of standing water to flood the unfinished basement. The carpet, padding, sheetrock, paneling, and concrete materials throughout 5 rooms in the basement were affected. Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam, arrived at the home and communicated the scope of work directly to the customer. Our crew immediately extracted the water from the basement and installed equipment to restore the home. In order to dry the affected areas, 23 air movers and 1 dehumidifier were installed.
