A customer in Hackettstown, New Jersey, experienced a mixing valve failure that caused water to affect 3 levels of the home. The ceilings, walls, and floors were affected, including the hardwood floor surfaces. The affected ceiling areas were removed to restore the area properly. When our project manager, Matthew, arrived at the residence, 10 air movers, 3 dehumidifiers, and a hardwood floor machine was used to dry the home. The drying process was completed in 4 days.
