A homeowner in Hillsborough Township, NJ, suffered from a broken pipe. Four rooms including the kitchen, stairway, and basement were affected. Carpet and padding, drywall insulation, and some contents in the basement were affected.

Thomas Murin, one of Northeast Power Dry’s Project Managers, arrived on-site to inspect and assess the damage. He went all over the areas affected and thoroughly discussed the full scope of work with the homeowner.

Two technicians arrived once the process was discussed with the homeowner. They extracted the water from the carpet and disinfected. To expedite the drying process, there were twenty air movers, three dehumidifiers, and two air scrubbers installed. All the affected areas were dry in a few days and the customer was happy with the end result.
