This home in Convent Station, New Jersey, experienced a shower drain pipe leak in the second-floor bathroom. The water seeped through the house affecting the tile flooring in the bathroom, the ceiling of the living room below, drywall, and hardwood flooring. The crawl space was also wet. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michele, arrived at the residence and instructed two technicians to install 2 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, 1 injectidry machine, and 1 hardwood floor machine to dry the residence thoroughly. In just 3 days, the home was dry.
