This home in Manasquan, New Jersey, suffered from an overhead sprinkler break in the attic. 11 different rooms in the house were affected, including the main living area, bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 4 closets, the hallway, and the utility room. The hardwood flooring, baseboards, drywall, insulation, carpet, and padding in the residence were all affected. The damaged materials throughout the home were removed to avoid future complications due to this water loss source. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Christopher, arrived at the home, the crew set up 41 air movers, 4 large dehumidifiers, 1 small dehumidifier, and 50 hardwood floor drying mats were needed to dry and restore the home effectively.
