A sump pump failed in a house in Morristown, New Jersey, causing damage to the partially finished basement. The drywall, contents, and concrete flooring were affected. Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, Adam Steig, immediately arrived on-site and communicated the process with the customer. After a thorough inspection of the damage, two of our technicians began with the clean-up and disinfection of the areas affected. After that, they installed nine air movers, one dehumidifier, and one air scrubber to expedite the drying process.
