In Bridgewater, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a pipe separation under their kitchen sink while their dishwasher was running, causing water to leak onto the floor and into the finished basement. The carpet, padding, tile floor, sheetrock, baseboards, and ceiling tiles were affected throughout the two rooms. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michele, arrived at the residence, she inspected the damage and communicated the scope of work to the customer. The carpet and padding were lifted temporarily to extract the water and ensure no future complications. Technicians then installed 4 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 1 injectidry machine to restore the home.
