Northeast Power Dry received a call regarding a hot water heater break that occurred in a homeowner’s vacant residence in Lakewood, New Jersey. The break caused water damage to the dining room, laundry room, and living room affecting the carpeting, padding, laminate floors, and baseboards. When experienced project manager, Scott, arrived at the home, he located more areas around the house that were currently wet from the loss. Scott was able to set up a financing plan through the homeowner’s insurance company. Once the damaged materials were precisely removed from the home, and the water was extracted, two Northeast Power Dry technicians then installed 14 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers to fully dry the property. The house was dry within only 4 days and the equipment was retrieved!
