In Jackson, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a pipe leak under the kitchen sink affecting the partially finished basement. The concrete, sheetrock, plywood, flooring, insulation, and contents were damaged. The kitchen cabinets were soaked from the leak. Upon the arrival of Northeast Power Dry project manager, James O’Connell, the damage was inspected thoroughly, and the scope of work was communicated with the customer. Our crew installed 7 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 1 air scrubber machine to restore the home effectively.
