At a home complex in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, the overhead sprinkler system went off due to a mistake in the plumbing. The ceilings, walls, and floors were soaked entirely throughout 5 rooms in the home. The neighboring unit below was also affected by the water. The carpeting, drywall, insulation, and baseboards were damaged. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michele, arrived at the property, she inspected the damage and immediately strived to resolve the situation. Technicians installed 29 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers throughout the homes. After only 4 days, the units were completely dry.
