At this home in Morristown, New Jersey, the second-floor shower diverter failed causing water to leak down 2 levels into the laundry room and then the unfinished basement. The softwood, hardwood floors, and dry wood materials were damaged. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Scott Upshaw, arrived at the home, he inspected the state of the home and determined the scope of work that needed to be completed. Technicians installed 6 air movers, 3 dehumidifiers, and 1 hardwood floor machine to effectively restore the home.
