This home in Sparta, New Jersey, experienced multiple toilet overflows in the guest bathroom of the home. The leak caused damage to the drywall, framing, concrete, trim, and hardwood floor throughout 5 different rooms. To dry the affected areas, our crew had to remove the hardwood floors in the kitchen and bathroom, remove the affected ceiling in the kitchen, and the affected drywall in the basement as well as steam clean all affected areas. After the demolition and cleaning process was complete, our technicians set up 14 air movers, 3 dehumidifiers, and 2 air scrubbers to dry the remaining areas.
