This home in Warren, New Jersey, experienced a toilet tank overflow in the second-floor bathroom. The leak caused damage to the hallway, kitchen, first-floor bathroom, and basement. A section of the kitchen ceiling was unable to be salvaged due to the extent of damage. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Chris Penrose, arrived on site, he scoped out the damage and communicated to the customer the work that needed to be done. Technicians then installed 22 air movers, and 2 dehumidifiers to dry the property. In 3 days, the home was dry.
