Job Completed for Toilet Water Supply Line Failure in Florham Park, NJ

Customer Type: n/a

Location: Florham Park, NJ

About this project:

At this home in Florham Park, New Jersey, a homeowner’s toilet supply line had failed, causing damage to 7 rooms and 2 stairwells throughout the house. Water ran out of the first-floor bathroom, into the dining room, and traveled down into the basement below. The linoleum flooring, structural softwood, drywall, carpet, padding, and hardwood materials were damaged. When Angelo Curro, Northeast Power Dry project manager, arrived at the residence, he detected elevated moisture readings throughout the affected areas. He communicated the scope of work to the customer and determined that 12 air movers, 3 dehumidifiers, and 1 injectidry machine were needed to dry the property thoroughly. After only 4 days, the home was restored.
