This one-level condo in Somerset, NJ, suffered water damage after a washing machine leaked. Two bedrooms and the carpet hallway were affected.

When Paul Monteleone, one of Northeast Power Dry Project Managers arrived on-site, he immediately assessed the damage. He discussed the full scope of work with the homeowner and got the work started.

Two technicians started the work right away. They extracted the remaining water from the carpet and removed all contents that were affected by the water. To expedite the drying process, they installed six air movers, one inject dry machine, two dehumidifiers, and one air scrubber.

After three days, the homeowner was very pleased with how quickly everything was back to normal.
