This home in Summit, New Jersey, suffered from a flooded basement due to a break in their water meter. Approximately 3 inches of standing water affected the area damaging the floor panels, walls, ceiling, and a lot of the homeowner’s personal belongings. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michele, arrived at the residence, she immediately began resolving the issue. The standing water was pumped out of the basement, and all extensively damaged materials were removed to avoid future complications. Technicians installed 17 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber to restore the property.
