A homeowner in Livingston, New Jersey, experienced a water leak from under the kitchen sink. Water seeped through the floor and walls of the kitchen and damaged the basement below. The hardwood, cabinets, framing, drywall, insulation, ceiling tiles, and engineered floor materials were affected throughout the 2 levels. Due to the extent of damage, unsalvageable materials needed removal. Mike Kowal, Northeast Power Dry project manager, arrived on the property and assessed the damage and determined that it would require 8 air movers, 3 dehumidifiers to dry out the property effectively. Our crew then installed the equipment, and the property was dry in 4 days.

Mike Kowal, Northeast Power Dry project manager, arrived on the property and assessed the damage and determined that it would require 8 air movers, 3 dehumidifiers to dry out the property effectively.
