In Plainfield, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from a sewer backup in the unfinished basement causing damage to 3 rooms. Affected materials were concrete, plywood, paneling, baseboard, and content. James, the Project Manager, arrived on-site and he immediately took action after he discussed the process with the customer. Our technicians installed 10 air mover, 1 air scrubber and 1 dehumidifier to expedite the drying process.

Sewer Backup in Plainfield, NJ

This New Jersey American Water building experienced a sewer backup. The backup caused flooding water from every drain, including the sinks, showers, and toilets. This affected the entire bottom level of the building. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Christopher, arrived at the home, he instructed six technicians to install 6 dehumidifiers, 2 air scrubbers, and 68 air movers.
