A call came in from a homeowner in Carteret, NJ stating that they were experiencing a toilet leak in the bathroom of their home. The water seeped down into the kitchen through the bathroom floor. The ceramic tile in the bathroom and the sheetrock on the kitchen ceiling were both affected. Two technicians arrived to remove the ceramic tile in the bathroom then disinfect the area. They set up 2 dehumidifiers, and 2 air scrubbers to dry the area. After 3 days the areas were successfully dried.
