This home in Jamesburg, New Jersey, experienced a toilet leak. The toilet in the second-floor bathroom of the home leaked, causing damage to the vinyl flooring in the bathroom and the ceiling and carpet located below. Northeast Power Dry project manager, Scott, was sent in to evaluate the damage. Scott decided that the vinyl floor in the bathroom needed to be removed to dry the floor underneath. After the affected flooring was removed, Scott sent in two of our technicians to set up 4 fans, 2 dehumidifiers, and 1 air scrubber to dry the remaining areas.
