Solutions Provided:

Our experienced project manager, Scott Upshaw, arrived at the residence, he inspected the area and explained the scope of work to the customer. He then met the landlord off-site for the landlord’s convenience. Scott personally called the insurance company and filed a claim to cover the cost of the job. A crew arrived on site right away and extracted the sewage, steam cleaned the area to fully disinfect it, and installed 4 air movers, 1 air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier to dry the property.
