Job completed for Broken Pipe in Home

Northeast Power Dry received a call regarding a broken pipe. The broken pipe occurred behind a wall in the home. The pipe break caused standing water in the basement, and affected the drywall, concrete, laminate, and softwood in the home. Not having much experience dealing with insurance, the homeowner was stressed and frantic.

Project manager, Scott, drove to personally meet with the customer. Scott was able to assist the customer in setting up and determining a plan of action. The homeowner was extremely grateful for the insurance assistance that Scott was able to assist with. Other than insurance, the customer’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process. Scott sent a crew out immediately and they arrived at the home in 30 minutes! When they arrived, two Northeast Power Dry technicians installed 1 dehumidifier, 1 air scrubber, and 11 air movers in order to dry the affected areas. In just three days, the home was dry again! The customer was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that Northeast Power Dry was able to provide.
