Northeast PowerDry received a call regarding a sump pump failure that resulted in a flooded basement. The basement had a lot of content that was damaged due to the flooding. Solutions Provided:

Project Manager, Christopher, drove to personally meet with the customer. Christopher was able to assist the customer in setting up and determining a plan of action. If Northeast PowerDry was not at the scene, those issues would not have been attended to and could have potentially caused further complications in the future. Due to the flooding, a lot of the content had to be removed. The customer was very grateful for the favor of removing the unwanted content. A crew of NEPD technicians also pumped out the standing water and then proceeded to install 18 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 1 air scrubber in order to dry the affected areas. After just 3 days, the home was dry and the equipment was picked up! The homeowner was pleased that the basement was dried in a timely manner.
