Why did the customer contact us?

Northeast PowerDry received a call from a homeowner in Woodbridge, New Jersey, regarding a flooded basement due to a sump pump failure that destroyed the water heater. The unfinished basement with the concrete floor was also damaged. There was a little standing water in the basement. Not knowing what steps to take, the homeowner called NEPD to help them along the way.

Solutions Provided:

When our experienced project manager, Michele, arrived at the building, she inspected the damage and determined the most effective course of action to restore the homes properly. The homeowner was extremely grateful that Michele was able to relieve their concerns by explaining what steps needed to be taken. The customer’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process. Michele sent a crew out immediately and they arrived at the home in less than an hour! When they arrived, two Northeast Power Dry technicians installed 2 dehumidifiers and 1 air scrubber in order to dry the affected areas. In just two days, the home was dry again! The customer was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that Northeast Power Dry was able to provide.
