In Livingston, New Jersey, this customer experienced a water softener leak that occurred in the basement. The loss had caused damage to the drywall, concrete, baseboard, and softwood materials in the property. They needed Northeast PowerDry to help them restore their home.

Scott Upshaw, Project Manager,  arrived on site and thoroughly assessed the damage to determined the best course of action. Moisture levels were taken on all areas affected, and the drywall and baseboards were removed to ensure proper drying. Our technicians then placed four fans, one air scrubber and one dehumidifier to dry the property. In a matter of just three days, the property was dry and all equipment was retrieved.
