Job completed for Hot Water Heater Failure in Basement

Location:Annandale, NJ

A homeowner, in Annandale New Jersey, experienced a hot water heater rupture affecting the rooms in her basement. The rupture resulted in standing water near the hot water heater as well as caused damage to the carpeting in the basement bedroom.

After our Project Manager saw the damage in the home he decided 2 technicians were needed to remove the baseboards and set up the equipment to dry the areas. The technicians installed 17 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 1 injection dryer throughout the basement. The equipment was at the residence no more than 3 days to completely dry the afflicted areas. The customer was then able to enjoy a dry home free of water damage.
