In Springfield, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from a pipe burst behind their bathroom vanity, which affected the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway of the home. There was no standing water, but the ceiling and drywall were wet. When the Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michele, arrived at the residence, he inspected the damage thoroughly and communicated the most effective course of action to the customer. After the standing water was extracted from the basement and the unsalvageable materials were removed, two technicians installed 1 dehumidifier and 3 air movers to completely dry the home. After 4 days, the drying process was complete.
