This home in Howell, New Jersey, suffered from a pipe break that occurred in the first-floor bedroom. Water ran into the recreation room, hallway, stair well and storage room of the property. The carpet, padding, softwood, moldings and insulation materials were affected. In order to successfully dry and sanitize the affected areas, our technicians used 8 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber machine. After four days the home was completely dry.
