Northeast Power Dry received a call from a homeowner in Hillsborough, New Jersey regarding water damage in their home. The damage was due to a ruptured shower head in the bathroom causing water to run into the laundry room downstairs and affecting the ceiling of the adjacent game room. The homeowner needed immediate assistance in drying out the property. 

When our Project Manager, Tom, arrived on-site, he fully inspected the damage. He used specialized equipment to detect the level of moisture in all areas affected. Tom communicated the scope of work with the customer and instructed our technicians to remove wet parts of the drywall and ceiling to ensure proper drying. After steam cleaning and disinfection, our technicians placed ten air movers, one dehumidifier, and one air scrubber to completely dry the home.
