Job completed for Sewer Backup in Garage

Northeast PowerDry received an urgent call regarding a sewer backup that affected the garage. The backup resulted in standing water in the garage. The drywall and concrete flooring were also affected. After returning home from a vacation, a homeowner’s worst nightmare is coming home to a sewage backup. This made the matter urgent and caused the homeowner to become frantic.

Project manager, Scott, drove to personally meet with the customer. Scott was able to assist the customer in setting up and determining a plan of action. The customer’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process. Scott sent a crew out immediately and they arrived at the home in 20 minutes! When they arrived, two Northeast Power Dry technicians installed 4 fans, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber in order to dry the affected areas. After just two days, the home was dry! The customer was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that Northeast Power Dry was able to provide.
