In Metuchen, New Jersey, the homeowner experienced a toilet clog affecting the entire basement area. Moisture readings were found in the living room, powder room, closets, master bedroom, hallway, den area, utility, storage, bathroom, and playroom. The baseboards, drywall, laminate flooring, hard surface, hardwood, doors, loose rug, and insulation were damaged. This customer needed immediate assistance in getting the situation stabilized and his building restored.

The project manager coordinated communication between the crew’s, insurance company and the homeowner to find out the belongings, dry out the house, and complete the job. Once that was settled, technicians extracted the water and 35 air movers, 2 air scrubbers, 2 hardwood rescue mats, and 3 dehumidifiers were used on site.
