A homeowner in High Bridge, NJ reached out to Northeast PowerDry regarding a water heater leak that occurred in their finished basement. The leak had affected the carpeting, sheet rock, and concrete flooring in the basement. One of our Project Manager’s arrived within 90 minutes of the call. 

Northeast PowerDry Project Manager, Adam, arrived at the home. Adam thoroughly assessed the damage in the finished basement and communicated the process with the customer. He also assisted them in filing an insurance claim, working directly with the insurance company. After that, our technicians continued with the cleanup and drying. Our team installed five air movers and one dehumidifier to dry the basement.
