A homeowner in Sea Girt, New Jersey, experienced a water heater failure in the basement. Water slowly seeped through the drywall and onto the basement carpeting. The homeowner needed our assistance in drying out their property.

When Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, DawnMarie, arrived at the residence, she thoroughly inspected the damage. She determined that all damp materials needed to be removed from the space due to the amount of time they have been soaking up the water. DawnMarie communicated the full scope of work to the customer. Once all damaged materials were removed and the area was cleaned, technicians installed drying equipment. Using sixteen air movers, one air scrubber,  and one dehumidifier, the home was dry in just three days.
