HVAC Evaporator Fan Failure in Somerset, NJ

At this home in Somerset, New Jersey a homeowner experienced an AC evaporator fan failure. The failure has caused a huge amount of moisture on the property and water started to leak from the utility room down to the laundry room. The ceiling , drywall, moldings and structural softwood materials were all affected. Northeast Power Dry project manager, Angelo Curro, thoroughly inspected the damage, determined the best course of action and communicated the process with the customer. Our technicians did the clean up and installation of drying machines for faster drying.
