In Chatham, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a pipe break that occurred in the bathroom. The break has caused damage to sheetrock, tile, and framing materials in 2 rooms of the property. NEPD Project Manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the loss address and thoroughly inspected the damage. After inspection, Adam sat down with the customer and discussed the scope of work. After that was settled, our technicians continued with the drying and disinfecting of the areas affected. Three air movers, two dehumidifiers, and two air scrubbers were installed to dry the property.
