In Hillsborough, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced water damage due to a washing machine supply valve failure. This has affected the drywall, baseboard, concrete, hardwood floors and soft wood materials in the property. When Scott Upshaw, NEPD project manager, arrived on-site, he immediately took action after he discussed the process with the customer. Technicians installed 10 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers , 2 wall injections, 1 hardwood machine, and 2 air scrubbers to expedite the drying process.
