This residential building in New Brunswick, New Jersey, experienced a toilet overflow in the partially finished basement. There was about an inch of standing water affected the painted concrete floor. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michele, arrived at the loss address, she inspected the damage and determined the most effective drying process. Once the water was removed from the area, technicians disinfected the floor and set up 9 air movers to circulate the airflow, 1 air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier to restore the air quality. After 4 days, the property was dry and the equipment was retrieved.
