Job Completed for Broken Heating Pipe in Basking Ridge NJ

In Basking Bridge, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from a pinhole break in a heating pipe that affected 5 rooms of the home. The drywall, insulation, framing, carpet, pad, concrete, trim and 1 vanity were damaged. The basement floor is plywood, elevated on 2x4s and will need to be removed. Upon the arrival of our project manager, Mike Kowal, the damage was inspected thoroughly and the scope of work was communicated with the customer. Our crew installed 18 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air filtration device to speed up the drying process.
