Northeast Power Dry received a call from a homeowner in New Milford, New Jersey, regarding a radiator steam pipe failure that occurred in the second-level bathroom. The drywall, insulation, cabinets, concrete walls, and floor materials were affected in the 3 levels of the home. Northeast Power Dry project manager, Angelo Curro, arrived on-site and thoroughly inspected the damage.

Two crews started to steam clean the areas affected and removed the drywall and insulation in the dishwasher, as well as the cabinets in the kitchen for proper drying. 10 air movers. 3 dehumidifiers, 2 air scrubbers, and 1 inject dry were installed to effectively dry the property.
