Location: Livingston, NJ

About this project:

A sewer ejector pump in Livingston, New Jersey, failed and caused damage to three rooms in the customer’s home. The water seeped into the carpet and padding, affecting baseboards, a vanity, and tile materials. Adam, the Project Manager, arrived on-site within an hour and made a thorough inspection of the damage. He communicated the result of the inspection to the customer as well as the work that needs to be performed. Upon approval, our technician began with the clean-up and removal of the affected carpet, pad, and baseboards, to ensure proper drying. One dehumidifier, one air scrubber, and seven air movers were installed to ensure a quick drying. The homeowner was thankful that in just three days the home was dry and all equipment was removed.
